Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an Order Before It Ships

If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
  2. We will make every effort to process your request, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order is already in the shipping process.
  • If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and appear in your account.

Cancelling an Order After It Ships

If your order has already shipped:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Please note: Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. Instead, you will need to follow our Return Policy to return the item(s) for a refund.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

For pre-orders:

  • If the item has not yet shipped, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will cancel the pre-order and issue a full refund.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and appear in your account.
  • If the item has already shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy to return the item(s) for a refund.

Cancellation of a Subscription

For monthly subscription services:

  1. Log in to your account and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.
  2. Ensure that you cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Important Note:

  • If you cancel after the billing cycle has started, you will be charged for the current month, and the cancellation will take effect the following month.
